a levle 100 poliwrath is just as strong as a level 100 poliwag.

at the same level, Poliwrath would have an advantage because of it's fighting abilities but Poliwag's water attacks would be stronger, and more perfected than a poliwrath's

Plus a poliwrath doesn't get any stronger after it's poliwhirl stage because poliwhirl evolves into poliwrath using a water stone

And besides techniquilly you cant have a level 100 poliwag cause it evolves at lvl. 18 i beleive or 28 i cant remember and to lazy to look on serbii

yah i forget the level too, thats why i love the B button. XD if i had a poliwag in real life and it evolved, i would not be upset because poliwhirl is awesome too!
